Taking down the Christmas decor, our home has turned bare. Really bare. The lights, the tree, the Christmas colors warmed up our lives. Now, we need to decorate and warm this place back up for the next holiday, Valentineās Day! (Or if you donāt celebrate that just call it āTreat Yourself to Some Flowers Seasonā?) Wine not!? š¤£
Iām also lately into bright colors, especially bright pink. Itās so grey outside, the grass looks yellow, so hot pink spices that up! Wouldntyasay?
I took a picture of babyās breath (in the summer) in some pink Vans shoes. Itās time, this year, to just get creative and get some more flowers! š
The best place to buy flowers…
Hands down Trader Joeās. The prices and the freshness (can anyone tell me where they buy their flowers from?) is hard to beat. They last a really long time, too. They smell fresh and fragrant. šš¼ I always remember to change out the flower water daily and trim the stems regularly. Trader Joeās has a wonderful selection of colors, and they even sell cute little succulents š, they donāt succ at all! Ha ha.
Iād really love to find a local flower farm!
š Decor for your home,
When youāre done shopping with Trader Joeās, another fun place to stop is Michaelās craft store. Two things I purchased that I love: hot pink construction paper to cut hearts and paper flowers to make floral garland.

We hope you all have a fun post-winter holiday. I donāt know about you guys but we are getting a bit stir crazy š„“. These little projects and baking have definitely been helping! So… I hope we helped inspire you!
